Remembrance Day 2025

Remembrance Day 2025

Today, we gathered together to remember. To remember the men and women who served, fought, and sacrificed during times of war and peacekeeping — for the freedoms we enjoy today. Each year, on the 11th of November, at the 11th hour, we pause to reflect. It was at this time, in 1918, that the guns of the First World War fell silent after four long years of conflict.

Remembrance Day is not just about the past. It is about honouring all who have served — in wars, in peacekeeping missions, and those who continue to serve today.

We were also honoured to be joined by Margery Taylor to say a few words on behalf of ‘The Royal British Legion’.

Let us carry the spirit of remembrance in our hearts — today, and always.
