Year 4 had a fantastic trip to the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia in Tarifa. We explored the remains of an ancient Roman town and discovered what life was like nearly 2,000 years ago. The children were amazed to see the amphitheatre, the forum, the baths, and even the remains of the Roman factories where fish sauce was made!
We also enjoyed the stunning views of the coast, which made us appreciate why the Romans chose this location.
It was a wonderful day full of learning, history, and fun – an unforgettable experience for everyone.
