Year 4 finally made it to Ronda for our Stone Age topic based trip to the Algaba. This small village has been constructed to show and be used for experiments with student archaeologists and for schools to use. We managed two activities, one was a quiz based treasure hunt around the campo which gave them so much free space to run around in. We also explored some typical neolithic houses with beds, fires, kitchen utensils etc. They had a try at grinding grain and used coal to do some stone paintings. An amazing day out and the children were a credit to our school.
