"Moles," a term with various meanings, particularly in Chemistry, where it represents a quantity equivalent to 6.02x10^23 particles, a concept often challenging to comprehend. Year 11 students have conducted experiments utilising materials such as egg shells to investigate stoichiometry in equations and to determine purity and percentage yield.
These practical experiments serve to elucidate this complex concept, making it more accessible and comprehensible for students.
