The Sixth Form Charitable Journey to Morocco, an EIC Tradition Spanning over two Decades.

The Sixth Form Charitable Journey to Morocco, an EIC Tradition Spanning over two Decades.

This charitable journey to Morocco provides our students with a remarkable experience, a tradition spanning over two decades. During our visits to different centres, we have consistently contributed funds to support their noble causes. This year, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who took part in the 'PA for the Day' initiative, collectively raising an impressive sum of 1,600€.

Here is a perspective of the trip from Sophie, one of our students:

Our trip to Morocco was an invaluable and eye-opening experience. We had the opportunity to meet with the children at the centres dedicated to Down’s syndrome and the school for deaf children. The children welcomed and greeted us with such warmth and hospitality. Although we were bound by the obvious language barrier, we were still able to connect, play and dance with them. The moments spent with the children, learning about their unique challenges and witnessing their determination, left an indelible mark on our hearts. We thank Dr. Sutcliffe for her dedication to organising this trip, as well as making this journey a grateful and impactful experience.
