This week, we saw the final Primary Projects for this academic year and it was the turn of students in Key Stage 1. Year 2 taught us all about 'Changing Schools' whilst Year 1 focused on 'Our Local Area' .
It was a wonderful, fun-filled afternoon which started with a special performance in the Secret Garden. Our Year 1 students delighted us with a song "I recycle" followed by Year 2 telling us lots of "Did you know?" facts. The children performed and spoke with confidence and a growing awareness of presenting to an audience - a difficult skill to master!
During the exhibition that followed, there were models, games, puzzles, posters and a plethora of information that the children were eager and excited to share with us all. We are super proud of our Key Stage 1 children and the panache, poise and learning they all displayed.
