Key Stage 1 went on an exciting trip to the cinema and park last week as a special end of term treat. Year 1 and 2 were lucky to visit the cinema in La Cañada for a private showing of "Patti y la furia de Poseidón". The film was fun and exciting and it was a fantastic opportunity for them to be exposed to watching a film in Spanish. All of the children sat beautifully to watch it.
After the cinema, we went to Nagueles Park and had a lovely picnic under the shade of the pine trees. Then, we had plenty of time to play on the big climbing frame, which everyone enjoyed.
Finally, we came back to school, with lots of happy, sleepy children on the coach! What a wonderful day.
