EIC Halloween 2022

What a spectacle and what a way to finish our Autumn half term! Halloween arrived early to The EIC on Friday and there were plenty of treats in store for the students.

Primary parents were thrilled to see the students parading their incredible array of costumes - some would not have looked out of place on a movie set! Mr Will then got us blowing away the cobwebs with a Time Warp Wake Up, Spook Up! Finally, some of the primary teachers showed the children how it’s done with a rendition of Ghostbusters, much to the children (and parents) utter delight.

This was just the start, as the day went on to include a fantastic magic show for FS and KS1 students in our beautiful Secret Garden. Our House Captains delivered above and beyond once again with a brilliant variety of activities including Halloween bowling, Witches hat toss and Guess What’s in the Cauldron, to name just a few! Fuego, Aire, Agua and Tierra went up against one another in obstacle courses and mummy making competitions to collect much wanted house points. All students up to KS3 also went trick or treating around the campus to collect some sweet treats.

Our incredibly creative and dedicated PTA worked tirelessly to put on a haunted house experience like no other. The attention to detail to provide a truly thrilling memory for the students was extraordinary!
