There was great excitement in Year 3 this week, as Miss Rachel visited them with a surprise letter! As part of their Year 2 literacy work, the children wrote letters to Julia Donaldson. This week they received a reply!
Miss Rachel shared a printed pamphlet with rhyming responses to Julia’s most asked questions, but also a personally written postcard with specific answers to other questions the children had asked. Julia had also sent character stickers for the children to share. The children were very excited to receive such a surprise.
