*Lunch fees for Years 11, 12, & 13 are billed up to and including 31.05.2026 – after this date students can pay the Refectory directly if they are in school for study sessions.

Conditions

  1. A place will only be reserved for an applicant once payment of the Registration and School Development Fees have been received in full.
  2. There will be no reduction or refund of fees in cases of absences, illness, withdrawal or dismissal.
  3. All fees must be paid in cleared funds before a child may commence.
  4. Non-payment of fees will result in suspension.

Notes

  1. All termly and bi-annual fees include insurance, materials, textbooks, yearbook and student photos.
  2. The following are not included: residential trips, day trips, uniform, bus fees, examination fees, Digital Provision Fee (Years 6-9) and some extra curricular activities. Extra costs may also be incurred for university applications.
  3. The School Development Fee is a contribution towards the capital development of the school. If however, the student leaves within two years of the date of commencement, the School Development Fee will be refunded at the end of the following September provided that a full term’s notice of withdrawal in writing has been received. If a student is to leave in the first year 75% will be refunded, and 50% for the second year.

Trips

  1. The cost of compulsory residential trips for students in Years 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 are NOT included in the termly fees.
  2. The cost of day trips for students from Early Years – Year 13 are NOT included in the termly fees.
  3. Other departmental and/or school visits, excursions or overseas trips may be subject to separate cost arrangements.
