REQUIRED FOR SEPTEMBER 2024 - Teaching Assistant
We are seeking to recruit an individual who can assist in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction of SLT and class teachers. You should be confident to teach groups within the classroom and take an active role in weekly planning meetings. The successful candidate should also be able to ensure that the pupils they support are able to engage in learning and stay on task during the lesson or activity, so that they can become independent learners, and should show and use initiative, taking a forward-thinking approach to all tasks.
We are looking for teaching assistants who hold a qualification and who have experience in supporting phonics groups, emergent writing and the use of CPA apparatus in Mathematics.
You must be willing to work as part of a team and to also carry out administrative duties in addition to support in the classroom.

Head of Physical Education

REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE START
Qualified teacher with at least 2 years’ experience.
We are looking for a qualified teacher with at least 2 years' experience with the following teaching roles in the Expressive Arts department:
KS3 Art Teacher
KS3 Music Teacher
KS3 Drama Teacher
A successful candidate would be someone who is qualified and well experienced and can potentially interchange between all three of the subjects in the faculty: Art, Music and Drama.
An ability to combine more than one subject would be an advantage. Our main necessity is for KS3 teaching but there is scope for future GCSE or even A Level groups. You should be confident to teach groups within the classroom and take an active role in the department and extra-curricular activities. The successful applicant will be joining a supportive, friendly, successful department with a record of excellence in teaching and learning across all areas of the Arts.

School Security Guard
Working as a Security Guard, the responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and secure environment primarily for our students and parents.
This entails acting as a visual deterrent, completing reports, manning the main gates, traffic control if required. Some of the benefits include 4 weeks paid leave and a competitive pay rate.
