The English International College is a British school for pupils aged from 3-18. We deliver a British curriculum, closely linked to the UK National Curriculum, though with some amendments appropriate to our international location and ethos. We have an excellent academic record and regularly send pupils to the top universities worldwide including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, etc. We are a centre for Cambridge International and Pearson Examinations.

Foundation Stage Primary Teacher

We are looking for an incredible Primary Teacher with experience in Foundation Stage who has a proven track record of teaching innovative and outstanding lessons. The successful candidate should be creative and enthusiastic and have a passion for teaching and making a difference to student's lives. We are looking for an individual who would be willing to make significant contributions to the wider life of the school, including running extracurricular activities. 

This is an opportunity to join a committed and forward-thinking team, who work closely with one another to create opportunities to be dynamic and creative in their teaching. We are looking for teachers qualified to teach in either Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or both, and with a minimum preferable 2 years experience of teaching the UK National Curriculum. Applicants should also have substantial experience in the Letters and Sounds Phonics programme, solid knowledge of the stages of emergent writing and experience in early maths mastery using the CPA approach. 

Candidates should be inspiring and be able to ignite a passion for learning that children will take with them through their primary years and beyond.

English Teacher

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic English Language teacher to join our successful English Department. The role would involve teaching English Language & English Literature across the Key Stages in Secondary. An ability to teach a second subject ideally Classics/Latin would also be an advantage. 

You will be required to be extremely motivated, have high professional standards and a proven track record of success at IGCSE and A Level. You will be responsible for delivering consistently outstanding practice and working as a team player to enhance teaching and learning across the department.

Science Teacher

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Science Teacher to join our successful school from September.  This post is being offered as a long term permanent appointment and would involve teaching Science in the Secondary school from IGCSE & A Level. 

The candidate will be required to be extremely motivated, have high professional standards and a proven track record of success at IGCSE and A level. At the school Biology, Chemistry and Physics are taught separately from Year 9 upwards. You will be responsible for delivering consistently outstanding practice and working as a team player to enhance teaching and learning across the department.
