We are inviting applications for the following positions, in the Primary and Secondary departments.
Primary

DEPUTY HEAD (PRIMARY) Working closely with the Academic Principal, this position would suit an experienced and ambitious primary school practitioner who currently holds a position of responsibility, although not necessarily at the highest level. The successful applicant will be required to maintain a small teaching role, to be discussed at interview. (A more detailed job description will be sent to short-listed applicants)

PRIMARY TEACHERS – Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 - are invited to apply for positions.   We are particularly interested in teachers with experience and who can contribute to our extensive extra-curricular programme.

All successful applicants will be expected to contribute to the school’s extra-curricular programme.

Secondary

ENGLISH TEACHER:  To teach throughout the Secondary school to Cambridge IGCSE English Language and English Literature and Edexcel Advanced Level – either English Language or English Literature A-Level which are both popular options within a vibrant, progressive department. Experience of these syllabi would be a distinct advantage.

MATHEMATICS TEACHER: To teach within the Secondary school to Cambridge IGCSE and Edexcel Advanced Mathematics and Further Advanced Mathematics with an emphasis on the upper end of the school where Mathematics A-levels are popular choices for university courses within a department which enjoys a reputation for excellence with the University fraternities

BIOLOGY TEACHER:  To teach general science in the Lower Secondary years and Biology to Cambridge IGCSE and Edexcel Advanced Level. Experience of and/or willingness to teach PSHE is required.  Biology continues to be a popular and dynamic subject within a department of proven excellence.

PHYSICS TEACHER: To teach throughout the Secondary school to Cambridge IGCSE and Edexcel Advanced Level.   The department has a long history of top university access and success.

All successful applicants will be expected to contribute to the school’s extra-curricular programme. In addition, Secondary teachers will be expected to take an active role in our successful, high-level university preparation programme.
